New Clients
New clients booking an appointment of 2 hours or more will be required to pay a 25% deposit at the time of booking. If you have booked a colouring service, you will also require a skin allergy test 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that we require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations, or you may be charged 50% of your appointment price.
